This registration form is submitted by e-mail to the NC TERT Coordinator in order to maintain the NC TERT Database. The database contains information on North Carolina PSAPs to be used to match PSAPs requesting assistance and will be available to all PSAPs in the state. The information that is gathered during this survey will be treated as proprietary and will not be sold or shared with vendors and others without a need to know. Your NC NENA Region Representative will be contacting you personally in reference to completing this survey.

Your agency does not have to be affiliated with NENA or APCO in order to register with the NC TERT Database. Thank you for registering. .
