Phone Numbers:
- BUS: The primary administrative 24x7 number directly to the communications center. Should not be a secretarial or director's office line.
- FAX: The primary FAX line/device in or at the communications center.
- TDD: Method of contact for TDD users for that center. "9-1-1" indicates the TDD is directly integrated into the 9-1-1 system for that center. A 10-digit phone number here indicates TDD is available but via a seperate method other than 9-1-1. "n/a" indicates TDD service to particular communications center not available.

PSAP Type:
- Primary: A primary PSAP is a 9-1-1 answering point that receives 9-1-1 telephone calls directly from the public in that PSAPs jurisdiction without having to have been answered and transferred to them.
- Secondary: A secondary PSAP is a 9-1-1 answering point that receives 9-1-1 calls that are routed to it by a primary PSAP.
- Basic: A basic PSAP operates a basic 9-1-1 system, where the community is able to dial 9-1-1 but the call is routed via traditional phone switching means to a 7 digit phone number at a specific location.
- n/a: Answering point does not have any type of 9-1-1 system established.
